Sophia Modern Data Protection

At www.sophiamodern.com and the websites www.goess.net, www.eucharistia.info, www.popess.info, www.libandin.com and elkegoess.com, which Elke Göß publishes, no personal data is collected, stored or passed on from readers. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is therefore irrelevant.

All Internet sites operated by Elke Göß are non-profit sites. Elke Göß has been a fulltime freelance journalist since 2007 and has been working as a freelance journalist for 25 years. She pays nothing for the information she processes on her websites. Elke Göß neither buys nor sells data. Of course, Elke Göß does not forward any data to third parties. Some articles are preceded by months of intensive processing, in some cases years. Elke Göß has never had to delete an article from one of her websites or individual passages from articles. It will stay that way.

Elke Göß observes data protection in terms of the GDPR, which comes into force on May 25, 2018. You can read the article "No data stealing and no 'native advertising' at Lib & In" published on October 7, 2015 at Lib & In in the "Philosophy" section.

Readers of the websites www.sophiamodern.com, www.popess.com, www.elkegoess.com, www.libandin.com and www.eucharistia.info can find a contact formular in the "Contact" section. The entries on this contact formular will be forwarded to an e-mail address that only Elke Göß can read. Elke Göß will treat this data confidentially and will not pass it on to third parties. If necessary, Elke Göß can decide to go into this in an article. In the case of personal data, Elke Göß will ask the mail writer for permission beforehand.
